Wurz postpones racing retirement

Former Formula One driver Alexander Wurz has delayed his racing retirement in order to compete in the Daytona 24 Hour race. The Austrian made the decision prior to his final outing in the World Endurance Championship, and originally signed off with a podium finish in the season finale in Bahrain. However, the 41-year-old will delay his motor racing retirement after being persuaded by Chip Ganassi (of Chip Ganassi Racing) to complete 'one more race' in the iconic 24 Hours of Daytona at the end of January.
