Vettel: I wasn't expecting such a strong season

Though 275 points down on champions Mercedes, it's fair to say that 2015 was a good year for Ferrari, Sebastian Vettel's three wins having helped tick most of the boxes on the team's 'to do' list. Looking to make the most of the short break before work begins again, the Ferrari duo appear content with season past if a little cautious of what is to come in 2016. Asked what surprised him most in his debut season at Maranello, Vettel told the Ferrari website: 'I would say the final result of the team. I wasn't expecting such a strong season this year.'
