DNA test proves Fangio as Espinoza’s father

Following his body being exhumed in August following a court order, Juan Manuel Fangio has been found to have been the father of Oscar Espinoza following a legally mandated DNA test. The legendary five-time World Champion was exhumed to determine whether he fathered two children, with Espinoza and Ruben Vazquez making paternity claims leading to the decision by the courts to perform the DNA test on his body. Following the test, Judge Rodrigo Cataldo of Mar der Plata in Fangio’s home country of Argentina, revealed that Espinoza was indeed the legendary driver’s biological son.
