Renault edging closer to Lotus announcement

Lotus F1 Team Renault's Cyril Abiteboul is optimistic that an announcement regarding the takeover of the Lotus squad can take place as early as next week. Renault signed a letter of intent to purchase the outfit in September and while employees of the French manufacturer have been working at Enstone for the past few months, no official confirmation has yet been forthcoming.
