Renault to make announcement next week
– Renault will make an announcement over its future in Formula 1 "in the course of next week", according to the French manufacturer's Managing Director, Cyril Abiteboul.Although Renault signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in the Lotus squad at the end of September, the potential deal is yet to be officially signed off.When asked for an update at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Friday, Abiteboul gave little away, stating only that Renault will reveal its plans shortly after the season finale."I'm afraid I can't answer that question.
