Wehrlein optimistic of 2016 Manor seat
Mercedes test driver and 2015 DTM champion, Pascal Wehrlein remains optimistic of a Manor race seat in 2016, and accepts there is a '50/50′ chance of getting signed at Manor for 2016. The young German has fair amount of experience in Formula 1, after testing on several occasions for World Champions, Mercedes and Force India. Manor's driver line-up hasn't been confirmed yet, and departing man from Manor, Graeme Lowdon told the media that the 2016 Manor seat should be ‘more attractive' for drivers, given the fact that the ‘back-marker team' would receive the 2016-spec Mercedes engine.
