Analysis: Why Mercedes refused strategy alteration

THE BRAZILIAN GP for many a fan was a frustrating experience. The battle for the lead of the race never materialised into it's spectacular potential. Mercedes dominated, but chose not to split their drivers' strategies despite a pressing call from one of them to do so. JORDAN HARVEY investigates why.
