Rosberg heads Friday practice in Brazil

Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg was quickest on Friday in practice for this weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix, the penultimate round in the 2015 F1 World Championship, out-pacing team-mate Lewis Hamilton by almost half a second. Rosberg posted the marker, a 1 minute 21.385 seconds, half-way through the afternoon session, despite light rain. Meanwhile, Hamilton, who was quickest in the morning – 0.519s up on Rosberg, could do no better than a 1m 12.843s in FP2. Behind, Ferrari duo Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen came in third and fourth, the former half a second off Hamilton and 0.155s up on his team-mate.
