Lewis Hamilton leads Merc 1-2 – FP1 Report

Brazilian Grand Prix – Lewis Hamilton has gone fastest in the first practice session for Mercedes. The British driver won the battle of the teammates to keep Nico Rosberg P2, with Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel claiming P3. The 90 minute session ended up being a session dominated by Mercedes. With thirty minutes gone, it was Lewis Hamilton fastest before Nico Rosberg took over at the top with a 1:14.090. That was until Lewis Hamilton released a 1:13.543 with just under 30 minutes remaining, a time set on the Medium compound Pirellis that would not be beaten.
