Alonso accepts personal improvements required

– McLaren driver Fernando Alonso has admitted that he has not performed to his full potential in 2015 and needs to improve in 2016, when the squad hopes to be competing at the front of the grid.McLaren has been hindered by problems amid its reunion with Honda, limiting the results which Alonso and team-mate Jenson Button have been able to obtain.Despite the restrictions of the machinery, Alonso has accepted that he has not displayed his complete ability in the first year of his return to McLaren."I did some good laps here and there," Alonso explained.
