Todt: A veto is like having a gun in the pocket

FIA president Jean Todt admitted that he is disappointed with his former team for vetoing plans for 12-million price cap for Formula 1 engines, but at the same time acknowledges that the birth of the new turbo hybrid power unit era has been painful and expensive.
