Palmer gets extra practice outings
Lotus F1 Team Lotus test and reserve driver Jolyon Palmer will participate in the three remaining Friday first practice sessions for the team across the remainder of 2015, ahead of his graduation to a race seat in 2016. Palmer has participated in 10 first practice sessions this year in place of Romain Grosjean, who has opted to switch to Haas for 2016. Palmer was confirmed as Grosjean's replacement for next season and the Briton, who was originally meant to take part in 10 sessions this year, will now return to the Lotus E23 Hybrid in Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi.
