Raikkonen owns up as Arrivabene praises determination

Maurizio Arrivabene refused to criticise Kimi Raikkonen for the crash that ultimately forced him out of the United States Grand Prix, instead praising him for his valiant attempt to get back on track. Another unsatisfying weekend for the Finn following his penalty in the Russian Grand Prix, Raikkonen had been battling back from 18th on the grid following an engine change on his Ferrari, getting embroiled in a particularly fierce battle with Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz.
