Buemi takes dominant victory for Renault e.Dams

Sebastien Buemi took a dominant victory for the Renault e.Dams team at the season-opening Beijing ePrix after leading from pole position. Buemi became the first driver to take a maximum 30 points after taking pole position, winning the race and setting the fastest lap of the race in a demonstration of strength in Beijing. Lucas di Grassi finished in second place after benefiting from a slower pit stop from Nick Heidfeld, who took third after Nico Prost was forced to retire with rear wing damage. Heidfeld narrowly held on to third place ahead of the Dragon Racing pair of Loic Duval and Jerome D'Ambrosio, who were the beneficiaries of pitting one lap later whilst the circuit was under...
