FP2 delayed ‘indefinitely' due to extreme weather conditions

United States Grand Prix – The second practice session for the US Grand Prix in Austin has been delayed due to the weather conditions.The second practice session, as expected, was hit by heavy rain and stormy conditions. With Hurricane Patricia hitting the central west coast of the US, Texas is right in the path of the storm and FP2 was the first session to be hit. The marshals were withdrawn from the circuit perimeter by bus as the storm took hold, with large warning signs around the circuit warning fans to seek shelter.
