Verstappen waits to see if Renault snub is right decision

Max Verstappen says only time will tell if Red Bull's divorce from Renault will pay off as his Toro Rosso squad are linked to a Ferrari engine supply deal for 2016. Red Bull and Toro Rosso are set to complete a split from the French engine manufacturer at the end of the season after a difficult couple of seasons. Both teams are yet to secure a new power unit supplier with Mercedes point-blank refusing while Ferrari has offered a customer package similar to the one provided to Sauber and Haas.
