Mixed fortunes for the Williams drivers

Russian Grand Prix – Williams will start the race in Sochi from two very different positions as Valtteri Bottas was best of the rest behind the Mercs in P3. Felipe Massa starts from P15 after an error in Q2. Williams, like Ferrari, were slow to take to the circuit at the start of Q1 but both managed to make it through into Q2. However, a similar tactic seemed to catch Felipe Massa out in Q2 as he made an error on his first flying lap and ran wide at Turn 8. The pressure was on for his second run and he encountered traffic which didn't help in his efforts to improve.
