Sainz: Engine delay hurting 2016 design
Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso youngster Carlos Sainz Jr. says that the uncertainty over the team's future regarding an engine partner is already impacting its 2016 plans. Toro Rosso has been supplied by Renault in 2015 but with Red Bull cutting its ties with the French manufacturer, its junior team is set to follow suit. Toro Rosso's only viable option is a return to Ferrari power, which it most recently used in 2013, but with no deal having yet been struck Sainz is wary that the delay could be having a negative effect on next year's hopes. "I just know that the team obviously is working hard, and now more than ever, to find something for next year," he explained....
