Palmer set for another practice outing
Lotus F1 Team Jolyon Palmer will participate in the opening practice session of a Grand Prix for a 10th time in 2015, with the Briton set to replace Romain Grosjean on Friday morning in Russia. Palmer wrapped up the GP2 title at the Sochi Autodrom in 2014 and has spent this year as understudy to regular Lotus drivers Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado. Palmer has received extensive track time, having taken part in test days in the E23 Hybrid alongside his practice outings. Palmer remains hopeful that he will secure a berth at the Enstone-based team in 2016, alongside Maldonado, following Grosjean's move to Haas.
