Mercedes eyes second Constructors' crown
Mercedes AMG Petronas Mercedes boss Toto Wolff says that the outfit heads into this weekend's Russian Grand Prix optimistic that it can secure a second straight Constructors' Championship. Mercedes clinched the 2014 teams' title in Russia last year and currently holds a 169 point lead over nearest rivals Ferrari. Mercedes requires a 172 point advantage over Ferrari after the race to clinch the title, meaning that it needs to gain three points on the Italian outfit, a feat Wolff is sure is achievable.
