Haas F1 confirms Grosjean as first driver

– Haas F1 Team has confirmed that it has signed Lotus driver Romain Grosjean, as it continues preparations for its debut Formula 1 season in 2016, during a press conference at its headquarters in the United States.Gene Haas' eponymous squad previously outlined plans to sign an experienced Formula 1 driver and, having sounded out several racers, it was able to convince Grosjean to move across from Lotus.Grosjean had looked set to extend his stay with Lotus for a fifth straight season, but with the Enstone-based team's future yet to be settled, he has opted to jump ship to the new Ferrari-associated Haas outfit.Grosjean is expected to be partnered at Haas by current Ferrari tester...
