Kvyat admits to 'rookie error' after accident

– Daniil Kvyat has admitted that a "rookie error" led to his frightening crash during qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka.Kvyat slid dramatically into the barriers at the exit of Turn 11 in the closing stages of the final Q3 phase, bringing out the red flags.Replays showed Kvyat dipping two wheels onto the outside grass, before his Red Bull snapped away, hit the wall and flipped over.Kvyat reported that he was "OK" over the radio, before a visit to the circuit's Medical Centre officially cleared him of any injuries."I'm OK – it's more disappointment than pain," said Kvyat, who qualified 10th, but could be forced to start from the pit lane...
