Lotus hopeful despite freight delays
– Lotus remains hopeful that its Japanese Grand Prix programme will not be adversly impacted by freight delays, brought on by its current financial troubles.Some of the team's freight did not arrive at Suzuka until Thursday afternoon, while staff were also locked out of the hospitality unit, forcing them to find lunch elsewhere.Lotus remains in talks with French manufacturer Renault regarding a potential takeover deal, and is due back in court on September 28 over unpaid taxes."Hopefully it should all be sorted; we have what we need to race," said Romain Grosjean, who was forced to speak to the media in the rain.Despite the problems, Grosjean is sure that Lotus can perform...
