Singapore 'character-building' for Mercedes

– Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has labelled the Singapore Grand Prix as a "character-building" event for the squad, after a weekend-long struggle for performance.Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg could only manage fifth and sixth in qualifying, as Ferrari and Red Bull displayed superior pace around the Marina Bay Street Circuit.In the race, championship leader Hamilton progressed to fourth before he was forced out of proceedings due to a loss of boost pressure, handing the position to Rosberg."I think that is what's termed a character-building weekend," said Wolff."Given our pace and the way the race unfolded, P4 was the maximum we could expect with...
