Hulkenberg "frustrated" with penalty after Massa collision

Force India's Nico Hulkenberg says he cannot understand why the stewards slapped him with a penalty following the collision with Felipe Massa in the Singapore Grand Prix, especially as they didn't give the drivers a chance to discuss it. Hulkenberg and Massa collided on lap 14, as the Brazilian exited the pits in his Williams. Massa was able to continue – until later retiring with gearbox problems – while Hulkenberg was pitched up into the air and went into the barriers, triggering the first safety car period. The stewards subsequently looked into it and ruled that Hulkenberg was at fault, handing the German a three-place grid penalty for the next event in Japan. The ruling was made...
