Daniil Kvyat: “We will have to be patient”

Daniil Kvyat secured a second row slot on the grid for the Singapore Grand Prix, and feels it bodes well for the race on Sunday. The Infiniti Red Bull Racing driver believes he and team-mate Daniel Ricciardo are in a good position to take the fight to Scuderia Ferrari duo Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen, and hopes a patient approach will enable him to secure his second podium finish of the season. “I’m happy with today’s qualifying,” said Kvyat. “I think it’s a good place to start the race tomorrow. “Obviously as a driver you always want more but we’ll do our best to get as many points in the race as we can.
