Vettel storms to Singapore GP pole, ending Mercedes' streak

Sebastian Vettel stormed to Ferrari's first pole position in over three years in qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix on Saturday night. After impressing throughout practice, Vettel produced a stunning performance throughout qualifying to bag his first pole position since the 2013 Brazilian Grand Prix and his first with Ferrari. The German driver posted two lap times that were good enough for pole, with his best being a 1:43.885 to give him pole position by over half a second from Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo.
