McLaren drivers expect stronger showing in Singapore

McLaren's Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso are hopeful of a stronger showing at the Singapore Grand Prix due to the characteristics of the circuit better suiting their car. The duo have suffered a difficult season so far, with just four points finishes between them in 12 races. However Singapore has been talked up as their best opportunity to score 'big points', and that's something both Button and Alonso are hoping for. "There's always a lot of anticipation in the build-up to this race, and for us it's no different," said the Briton.
