Grosjean targets points after Monza mishap
Romain Grosjean says that, regardless of whether the E23 proves to be a threat at Marina Bay, he will head to Singapore believing that anything is possible. The Frenchman surprised himself, Lotus and the F1 paddock by taking a hard-earned third place in the Belgian Grand Prix last month, but came crashing down – literally – at Monza, as he was taken out by another driver at turn one. Although he managed to limp away from the scene of the accident, Grosjean was unable to return to the pits and, with team-mate Pastor Maldonado also the victim of someone else's over-exuberance, Lotus' day was done a lot earlier than expected. “We started in the top ten but then another driver's optimism...
