Full transcript from the Italian Grand Prix qualifying press conference at Monza, featuring top three: Pole winner Lewis Hamilton, second placed Kimi Raikkonen and third placed Sebastian Vettel. Lewis, seven in a row this season, not been done before by you and two laps good enough for pole in the end.
