Maldonado blames Q2 exit on tyres

– Pastor Maldonado says a lack of tyre temperature played a key role in his exit from the second qualifying phase at the Italian Grand Prix.Maldonado was the only Mercedes-powered driver to miss out on Q3, finishing just 0.015s down on Force India's Nico Hülkenberg."For sure I was expecting to be in the top 10," said Maldonado."I've been struggling to get temperature into the tyres and I didn't get very clean laps in Q2 so we lost out by a very small margin."The track changed a lot from this morning and the warmer weather made the rear very nervous."Maldonado is nonetheless hopeful of fighting his way through the field in the race."In the race we have...
