Hamilton edges out Rosberg in Monza FP2
CLICK HERE for the full Italian Grand Prix FP2 times Lewis Hamilton has swept the board on the first day of action for the Italian Grand Prix as Mercedes once again exercised its advantage over the chasing pack at Monza. With Mercedes making full use of its upgraded power unit around the fastest circuit on the F1 calendar, it was once again comfortably clear of the competition. Even so, there was otherwise little to choose between Hamilton and Nico Rosberg on their soft tyre run, with the defending champion getting the nod by just 0.021s.
