Ferrari does not expect miracles

Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene admitted that his team expects a tough home Grand Prix in Monza as Mercedes still holds a significant power advantage. Ferrari managed to turn over its fortune after last year's engine stuggles and heavily upgraded its power unit into the second year of the all-new turbo hyrid era. However, the field-leading Mercedes has emerged to be dominant on power tracks like Canada, Austria and Belgium. The fabled Italian squad intends to spend some tokens on new development parts at next weekend's Italian GP.
