Vettel: The team is not to blame
Flavio Briatore has backed Pirelli in its spat with Ferrari's quadruple world champion Sebastian Vettel who insists that the tyre blowout is not his fault or that of the Maranello team. In the wake of Vettel's expletive-filled rant following the inciden during the final stages of the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps, La Gazzetta dello Sport questioned if the German driver was also angry at his team for trying the risky strategy.
