Ericsson concedes Belgium point 'lucky'

– Marcus Ericsson has admitted that he was lucky to score a point during the Belgian Grand Prix as he inherited 10th place following Sebastian Vettel's tyre failure on the penultimate lap of the race.Vettel's problem promoted Ericsson to the final points-paying position and while pleased that he collected a point, the Swedish driver says that Sauber's pace was not as rapid as it expected."Quite early in the race we realised I had some debris stuck to the floor, which made us lose downforce in the first stint," he said."We could not keep up with the competition, so we lost some ground, which was a bit frustrating."For the second stint we cleared the debris away and...
