Grosjean set for gearbox change penalty
Romain Grosjean looks set to be handed a five-place grid penalty for Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix after a gearbox change. The Frenchman finished seventh fastest in second practice on Friday but stopped his car on track with a problem in the closing moments. The FIA technical delegate's report issued on Saturday morning confirmed that the gearbox on Grosjean's Lotus E23 has been changed. Because he finished the last race in Hungary and his gearbox was not used for six consecutive races, he will face a grid penalty. Toro Rosso's Max Verstappen and McLaren's Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button also have grid penalties, thanks to power unit changes. Grosjean was also handed his first reprimand of...
