Verstappen to get engine change grid penalty

Max Verstappen will be the third driver to take a grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix after Scuderia Toro Rosso confirmed it will need to replace his Renault engine. The Dutchman has already taken a penalty this year for a necessary change to his engine, back in Canada, but will now be forced to take his sixth Renault power unit of the year ahead of his adopted home race. The set-back comes after an encouraging start to the day for both Toro Rosso drivers, with Verstappen and Carlos Sainz both inside the top ten. “We will need to understand the tyres well and work on a good strategy, especially for Max now, as he will have to pick-up a grid penalty for changing his engine,” said...
