Rosberg fastest in FP2 before tyre failure

– Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg remained at the top of the timesheets during Friday afternoon's second free practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix, before suffering a dramatic tyre blowout.Rosberg posted a time of 1:49.385 on the Soft compound tyre, putting him three tenths of a second up on team-mate Lewis Hamilton.Rosberg's tyre drama came during a late Medium-tyre long run, with his right-rear giving way and pitching him into a spin at Blanchimont.Although it happened at one of the fastest sections of the track, Rosberg reacted quickly to slow his car and avoid contact with the barriers.Shortly after the action resumed, Sauber's Marcus Ericsson sparked another stoppage,...
