Lotus should be strong at Spa and Monza – Maldonado
Pastor Maldonado expects Lotus to put on a strong showing at the next two races in Belgium and Italy. The Venezuelan finished seventh in Canada and Austria, but retired on lap one after contact at Silverstone and put in a scruffy performance in Hungary, finishing 14th and picking up several penalties. He believes Lotus will be quick at Spa-Francorchamps and Monza, and is hoping the team can give its season a boost. 'I think we have some tracks coming up which suit our car so that’s a good positive,' he said. 'Certainly, Spa and Monza should be strong for us so good results there will be a great way to reboot our season before we head to all the flyaway races when anything is possible.'...
