Tost: Renault unlikely to buy Toro Rosso

Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost has conceded that his team have little communication with Renault regarding a buy-out and believes they have decided to focus their attention on 'another team'. After appearing to be considering the Toro Rosso team earlier on in the season, Tost admits that Renault look to be less interested in purchasing the Red Bull-owned outfit. Renault have come under fire from both Red Bull Racing and junior team Toro Rosso – their only customers – over the quality of their 2015 power units, which have suffered from performance and reliability issues, particularly early on in the season.
