Honda to introduce an upgraded engine at Spa

McLaren’s struggling engine manufacturer is reported to introduce new upgrades on its engine at the forthcoming race weekend in a bid to close the gap to the field-leading Mercedes power unit. Despite dominating the late 80’s, the reborn marriage of McLaren and Honda haven’t beared fruit yet as the duo has endured a very challenging and though season so far. McLaren was not only dogged by poor reliability, but the power deficit to the likes of Ferrari and Mercedes have been also ominous.
