Alonso frustrated with lack of testing opportunities – Dennis
McLaren Team Principal Ron Dennis believes Fernando Alonso is frustrated that the testing limitations in Formula 1 are handicapping the McLaren-Honda team in 2015. Alonso admitted that he has considered his future in the sport and has thought about racing in other series, after only finishing in the points on two occasions this season, but Dennis feels that the team have been hindered by the lack of opportunity to test that would be beneficial to them to become more competitive. “I think Fernando shares my frustration – which is not being able to test when you are not competitive,” said Dennis. “It is such a huge handicap. “It is much more difficult to improve both the...
