Carlos Sainz annoyed by Toro Rosso pit decisions

Hungarian Grand Prix – Carlos Sainz was left frustrated after another DNF in the Hungarian race, but has also questioned why teammate Verstappen was allowed to pit first at the first round of stops. The Spanish racer was ahead of Max Verstappen in the opening stint of the race, with the two Toro Rossos tucked up behind the struggling Williams of Felipe Massa. However, the team opted to pit Verstappen first at the first round of pitstops – a decision that allowed Verstappen to jump past Sainz on the undercut.
