Maldonado: Stewards were very strict

Lotus F1 Team Lotus driver Pastor Maldonado believes that stewards at the Hungarian Grand Prix were 'very strict' as he collected several penalties during the course of the race. Maldonado was given a drive through penalty for colliding with Sergio Perez at Turn 1 and received another for speeding in the pit lane. Maldonado was also given a 10 second time drop for overtaking Will Stevens under the Safety Car.
