Ricciardo: Red Bull can challenge Ferrari
Daniel Ricciardo reckons Red Bull has the pace to take the challenge to Ferrari at the Hungarian Grand Prix after qualifying in a season-equal best fourth place. Returning to the scene of his self-proclaimed 'finest win' from last season, Ricciardo and Red Bull are enjoying a competitive weekend in Hungary, where the limiting factor of its underpowered Renault engine proves less of a hindrance. Indeed, Ricciardo would get remarkably close to usurping former team-mate Sebastian Vettel, the Australian falling just two hundredths shy of leading off the second row, but content that he got the best from the RB11.
