Lowe: 'We need to apologise to Nico'

Hungarian Grand Prix – Mercedes' Paddy Lowe says that some of Nico Rosberg's performance deficit in qualifying could be explained by tyre pressures. Nico Rosberg was unable to get anywhere near Lewis Hamilton's pace throughout qualifying, and appears to have been chasing the setup on his car throughout the weekend. Complaining vigorously on the radio throughout qualifying, Rosberg appeared to feel something was wrong with his car.
