Hungaroring FP1: Mercedes dominate dramatic session

Mercedes dominated the first free practice of the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend, in a session which witnessed Force India' s Sergio Perez suffer a massive shunt, but climbed unhurt from his upside-down cockpit . Lewis Hamilton topped the time sheets at the end of the session, a mere tenth ahead of Silver Arrows team mate and title rival Nico Rosberg. Ferrari were best of the rest chasing the Mercedes duo, with Kimi Raikkonen third, despite losing his front wing trvaelling over the Turn 12 kerbs late in the session. The Finn ended half a second off Hamilton's best, was faster than team mate Sebastian Vettel. The red cars were split by the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat. Perez...
