Leimer to make Manor debut in practice
Manor Marussia F1 Team Manor Marussia reserve driver Fabio Leimer will make his debut for the squad during the first practice session at this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix. Leimer, the 2013 GP2 champion, joined the team as its official reserve driver prior to the Canadian Grand Prix last month. Leimer will replace regular driver Roberto Merhi during the opening 90 minute session at the Hungaroring on Friday morning. "On this most difficult of weekends for the team, I am very appreciative of their decision to continue with my planned FP1 session," said Leimer. "I’m looking forward to the opportunity and I hope I can make a positive contribution to the engineering programme...
