Sauber retains Nasr, Ericsson for F1 2016

Sauber has announced Felipe Nasr and Marcus Ericsson will remain with the team for the 2016 Formula 1 World Championship as part of an unchanged driver line-up. After failing to score a point for the first time in its 21 year history in 2014, Sauber has bounced back this year, with new signings Nasr and Ericsson returning the Swiss outfit to the top ten in Australia. After nine races, it is currently seventh in the constructors' standings but has been as high as fifth overall. The renewed deal will see Nasr get a second season in F1 having turned heads in his rookie year, not least his top five finish on his debut at the Australian Grand Prix.
