So far, so good for Sainz

It is no surprise to see Carlos Sainz using adjectives like 'positive and happy' to describe his first few months in Formula 1. The Spaniard made the step up from Formula Renault 3.5 to the highest level of motorsport at the beginning of the year and he has impressed everyone around the paddock both on and off the track. After initially thinking he missed out on a race seat for 2015 with Toro Rosso opting to hand Max Verstappen a drive, he 'expectantly' got a call-up after Daniil Kvyat was promoted to Red Bull on the back of Sebastian Vettel's departure to Ferrari.
